At Zion Escape Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent.

Guest Cancellations

Day Tours & Private Tours

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before tour departure: Full refund
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
  • No-shows or late arrivals: No refund

Multi-Day Tours / Custom Packages

  • Cancellation terms may vary depending on accommodation, flights, or third-party suppliers.
  • Any non-refundable supplier costs will be deducted from your refund.

Booking Changes

Need to change your date or pickup details? Contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to assist, subject to availability.

If Zion Escape Cancels

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Safety concerns
  • Supplier cancellations
  • Unforeseen events beyond our control

If this happens, we will offer:

  • A rescheduled date, or
  • A full refund for the affected service

Weather-Dependent Activities

Some activities, such as boat trips, cableways, and ferries, depend on weather conditions. If cancelled due to weather, we will assist with rescheduling or partial refunds where applicable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.
