Bookings

A booking is confirmed once:

• Required details are received
• Payment/deposit is made
• Written confirmation is issued

Pricing

Prices may change without notice until booking is confirmed. Quotes are valid only for the specified dates and services.

Payments

Full payment may be required for day tours. Custom and multi-day tours may require deposits. Any international transfer or currency conversion fees are the guest’s responsibility.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

• Arrive on time for pickup
• Follow guide safety instructions
• Respect other guests, staff, and suppliers
• Inform us of medical, dietary, or mobility requirements before travel

Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in tour termination without refund.

Health & Safety

Some tours involve walking, hiking, boat travel, or uneven terrain. Guests participate at their own risk and should ensure they are physically able to join.

Third-Party Services

Some services are operated by third parties (ferries, attractions, lodges, restaurants, airlines). Their own terms and policies may apply.

Liability

Zion Escape Tours is not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or disruptions caused by:

• Weather
• Traffic
• Flight delays
• Supplier issues
• Force majeure events

Nothing in these terms limits rights protected under South African law.

Photography

Photos or videos taken during tours may be used for marketing unless you request otherwise.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
